It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not like to have the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

You have 14 days after receipt of purchase to return your product. You will be credited with the order amount of your return including shipping costs. The costs for returning to our webshop are for your account. These costs are approximately 6.95 per package. Consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.

If you use your right to return, please pack the glasses in the original condition and packaging and return the package to unbreakableglazen.nl.

To use this right you can contact us at info@onbreekbareglazen.nl. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days of receiving the return if the product was received in good order.

If the product or the packaging is damaged during return, we can charge the depreciation of the product to you. Please treat the product with care and make sure it is well packaged when returned.

Would you like to exchange your product? That is no problem at all. You can contact us to do so. However, you will be responsible for the costs of returning the product.
